CTS Study

Electronic Forms

Electronic forms can be used for a secured upload to the CTS study (password protected, CTS participants only). Thus far, only electronic forms for kidney/pancreas transplants are available. We are currently working on further eletronic forms for other organs and follow-up.

Center Data Download

The "Center Data Download" provides an opportunity for you to obtain your center's data online. This includes special taxi setups, the completeness reports and the current printout sections for your center.

Please be sure to log in with your specific center code, e.g. username: 'k123' and password: 'asd723oga' and not with the common access 'cts'. If not known, please request center code from CTS.

Data transfer is protected through SSL encryption, the industry standard for secure web communication.
