centers, patients and other interested parties.
The CTS accepts no responsibility for the up-to-dateness, correctness, completeness or quality of the information
made available. Claims of liability against the CTS which are based on damage both material and non-material,
which arise due to the use or non-use of the information presented or the use of erroneous and incomplete
information are generally excluded, so long as there was no provable deliberate, or grossly negligent fault on
the side of the CTS.
All offers are non-binding and without obligation. The CTS explicitly reserves the right to change, supplement or
delete, or to temporarily or permanently remove parts of pages or the entire offer without prior notice.

In the case of direct or indirect references to external internet pages ("hyperlinks") which are
outside the area of responsibility of The CTS, liability will exclusively come into effect in the case of The CTS
having knowledge of its content and were it to be technically possible and acceptable for it to prevent the use

The CTS explicitly states that at the time of setting up the link, there was no recognizable illegal content on
